What are my responsibilities as an owner?
You don’t have to worry about any of the logistical or operational issues because our team is taking care of all of them. Before we begin working together, we’ll talk about how much communication you’d like to receive and what kind of decisions you’d like to be involved with.
Will I have to pay for repairs out of pocket or will you deduct costs from rent?
In most circumstances, we will pay for repairs as soon as they’re complete, and then deduct that amount from your next rental payment. You’ll see the deduction in your financial statement that’s available through your portal. Because we believe in flexibility, owners are also welcome to pay for maintenance at any time through our online owners portal via ACH bank transfer, credit card, or mail a check.
What kind of rental properties do you manage?
We work with single-family homes, condos, duplexes, and apartments. Our focus is long-term tenancies, typically of a year or more, although we will consider any leases that are at least four months in length. At this time we do not manage short-term or vacation rentals, but we can refer you to someone who can.
